Criteria 1
Excellence in the delivery of legal services and effective management of legal matters
Criteria 2
Demonstrated leadership and initiative within their role and across the organisation
Criteria 3
Significant contribution to organisational success, including innovation, strategic input or pro bono initiatives
Criteria 4
Ability to develop and apply expertise in new or evolving areas of law, including evidence of thought leadership
All criteria are weighted equally by the judging panel, so please ensure you address each of the four criteria, using a maximum of 200 words per criteria.
